BROOKE MANOR
Brooke Manor, situated in the heart of Rivonia, is a residential development
consisting of 88 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartments over 4 floors. The project includes
a grid tie solar system which is linked to the geysers and some common area lights ultimately
reducing the cost of living for the residents. Brooke Manor includes various common area amenities
such as; a gate house, a pedestrian entrance, swimming pool and clubhouse.
